Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Fees and Restocking

  • Customer Error/Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to an ordering error or because you no longer want it, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
